Eva was born on November 16th, 1902 in Letton.¹ Eva's father was Albert Francis Rowland and his/her mother was Frances Hill. His/her paternal grandparents were Thomas Rowland and Hannah Heslop; his/her maternal grandparents were John Hill and Sarah Ann Balderson. He/she had four brothers and three sisters, named Ralph, Thomas, John, Donald, Kathleen, <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He/she died at the age of 80 in 1982 in Hitchen Herts.¹
