William Forest Drinkwater

William was born on September 25th, 1907.¹ William's father was James George Drinkwater and his mother was Eliza Jane Goodier. His paternal grandparents were William Drinkwater and Elizabeth Willett; his maternal grandparents were James Goodier and Mary Goodier. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Arnold, Ronald, Donald, Harold, Clara and Ruth. He was the second oldest of the nine children.
